Involvement

We invite SSHA members to be active in our sister group for planning both social and educational experiences for our students, but this is not required. You will receive an invitation to join once you enroll your student(s) in SSHA. By joining our sister group, you agree to follow all group guidelines provided therein.

You agree to the terms of use outlined in this document with respect to the information and content provided by SSHA. We reserve the right to modify our Terms of Use at any time. Any changes to our Terms of Use will be effective immediately once posted on the SSHA website. You agree to review the Terms of Use prior to receiving any information from SSHA as well as check periodically for updated information. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SSHA, its Directors and/or Administrators harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to a User's violation of our Terms of Use or use of the SSHA website and any affilliated links and/or subgroups and/or SSHA Directors and/or Administrators.

Waiver

• You acknowledge that participating in any in-person activities, events, meet-ups, field trips, parties, dances, and other social and educational functions involves certain risks (some of which you may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, death, property damage or other harm could occur to yourself or others.

• You accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from your participation in any in-person activities, events, meet-ups, field trips, parties, dances, and other social and educational functions, including any associated travel, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of SSHA its affiliated links, subgroups, and/or Directors and Administrators, or their officers, employees, volunteers, donors, representatives and agents, vendors, independent contractors, the event sponsors and event volunteers, agents or insurers ("Released Parties").

• You waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from your participation in any in-person activities, events, meet-ups, field trips, parties, dances, and other social and educational functions, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.

• You release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims.

• You agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that you (or anyone claiming by, under or through you) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from your participation in any in-person activities, events, meet-ups, field trips, parties, dances, and other social and educational functions, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties.

• You understand that at any in-person activities, events, meet-ups, field trips, parties, dances, and other social and educational functions or related activities you and your student(s) may be photographed. You agree to allow your and your student(s) photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns.
